In most countries, we offer the option to ship via Standard/Economy

- Standard or Economy is a delivery service for mail that is too heavy for a normal letter post. Delivery time for domestic standard parcel delivery normally takes between 4-6 days.

In few countries we also offer Express shipping.

- Express Services are processed by the shipping company as a priority as it is time-sensitive: delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery.

We ship worldwide.

Although generally no local taxes or duties will be payable, in some cases you may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility

We provide order tracking for all purchases. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website. Art Prints

Our Art Prints are created with our Master's Edition fine art paper, an exquisite choice for discerning art enthusiasts who demand the utmost in quality to enhance their artwork.

Frames

Our ready-to-hang wooden framed posters are designed for durability and instant display! Crafted on our master's edition, archival museum-quality paper, these posters feature off-white, uncoated paper, ideal for art enthusiasts who value luxurious, world-class quality.

Key Features:

• Frames: Made from pine and available in four colors: black, white, natural wood, and dark brown wood.
• Dimensions: 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") thick and 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6") wide, striking a perfect balance between durability and style.
• Protection: Shatterproof, transparent plexiglass safeguards your poster from damage.
• Hardware: Includes hanging hardware for easy horizontal or vertical display.
• Paper: Matte, uncoated, natural white (off-white) paper, 250 gsm/110lb, ideal for fine art, ensuring long-lasting beauty.
• Acid-Free: Alkaline papermaking technology keeps the paper acid-free, preventing yellowing or discoloration over time.
• OBA-Free: Low or no optical brightener additives ensure consistent natural white color under various lighting conditions and over time.
• Ready-to-Hang: Posters are delivered framed and ready to hang immediately.
• Sustainability: FSC-certified paper and frames (or equivalent certifications), promoting environmental responsibility.

Art Prints (No Frame):

We use different packaging depending on the size of the print as well as the country to which the item is shipped to.

The standard packaging for our Fine Art Prints is:

• Flat for posters up to A4 (up to 100 Prints per package)
• Tube for Prints above A4 (up to 5 posters per tube)
• Triangular/rectangular boxes: Typically used in the US, Canada and Brazil
• Tube with shipping roll: It might be used in some countries within Europe

Framed Art Prints:

All our Framed Art Prints are delivered Ready-to-hang.

• The posters are placed within frames upon arrival.
• The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames.
• I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

All our frames come equipped with a hanging kit, designed for both horizontal and vertical mounting to suit your poster's orientation. For your convenience, larger frames (60x80cm and above) feature a pre-attached hook on the back panel. Smaller frames come with a mounting kit and an easel/stand. Regardless of the size, you'll find three sawtooth mechanisms on the back, ensuring secure wall mounting. Please note that screws or nails are not included in the hanging kit.

Other Products: 

For smaller items, we would like to minimize packaging as much as possible to reduce waste. Usually they will be sent with a small carton or bag to protect the content while minimizing waste.

We source all our product materials ethically and in an environment-friendly manner. Most of the items are sourced locally to help other small businesses and support local artists.

The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. But we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments and vouchsafe your money in case you need to initiate a return due to product faults.
